Sessions are guided and collaborative, with us working together toward your goals. There is space to talk, reflect, and process what is coming up for you, alongside gentle body based practices. We may work with breath, sensation awareness, nervous system regulation, unpacking narratives, and embodiment exercises that help you build more connection, pleasure and presence.
-
While this work can feel deeply supportive and healing, it is coaching rather than therapy. The focus is on practical tools, awareness, and present-moment experience. If you’re also working with a therapist, this coaching can complement that support.
-
I am trauma informed, which means sessions are paced with care and consent. This work can help you build safety and skills at a pace that feels respectful of your nervous system. However, this coaching is not recommended as the only avenue for addressing unresolved sexual trauma — it may be most supportive alongside therapeutic care.

In sessions, all practices are fully clothed and non sexual. We work with breath, awareness, grounding, and gentle movement to support your connection with your body. Any pleasure based practices, including those involving genitals, are offered as optional homeplay for you to explore privately and at your own pace.
-
Some begin with a single session to explore the work. Many choose a multi-session package (for example, 6 sessions), which helps build momentum and deepen lasting change. Consistency supports transformation most effectively.
