Come As You Are

My approach to somatic sex coaching is grounded in two of the most comprehensive training programs in the field — the Institute of Somatic Sexology and the Sexual Integration Institute. Both are founded in well-researched physiological and psychological frameworks used by practitioners across the sexology and counselling industries. The work is part conversation, part somatic practice.

off the deep end

Through education and embodiment tools, you'll build skills to regulate your nervous system, handle stress, and feel more grounded in your body — inside and outside the bedroom.

Bring awareness to the stories you've absorbed about sex and pleasure. Together we'll explore cultural, familial, and personal conditioning that may have shaped your relationship with your erotic self — creating space for new, more supportive narratives. We'll also explore the roots of shame around sexuality, self-pleasure, relationships, and culture, helping you meet yourself with understanding.

Discover what "yes," "no," and "maybe" truly feel like in your body. Through education and practices, you'll deepen your ability to communicate desires, boundaries, and needs with clarity and confidence.

Through touch, breath, and movement, you'll reconnect with your pelvis, release held tension, and awaken deeper awareness and sensitivity in this part of your body.

Begin with the basics of embodiment. Practices like Waking Up the Hands and Absorbing Touch teach your body to receive, notice, and expand sensation — building your capacity for pleasure and aliveness in your body.

Learn about your pleasure anatomy through education and embodied practice. Explore tools like vulva breathing, the vulva hug, and guided mapping to deepen connection with your genitals and expand your capacity for pleasure.

Explore pleasure as a whole-body (and whole-life) experience. Through guided pleasure mapping and sensory exploration, you'll create new neural pathways to pleasure and discover new erogenous zones and ways of feeling alive.

Uncover the deeper themes that shape your arousal and desire. Through Core Erotic Theme exploration, erotic mind mapping, and understanding your turn-ons and turn-offs, you'll gain insight into what truly awakens your erotic energy.

Explore the inner landscape of your parts and patterns through the body. These practices help you bring awareness to the emotions that live beneath your stories — supporting deeper healing and integration from the inside out.
